MRI-Guided Radiotherapy

MR imaging is becoming an important part of the workflow in modern radiation therapy. The superior contrast resolution of the imaging modality provides the appropriate tool for high precision localization of the target volume and guiding the delivery of the treatment beams in radiation therapy. The principle and merits of MRI-guided radiotherapy, MR imaging techniques that have been developed for radiotherapy applications and the clinical implementation of MRI-guided adaptive radiotherapy are discussed in this webinar.
